Who we are

Educational nature
All sessions, notes, and materials are educational. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a solicitation to trade, or a promise of trading results. You remain solely responsible for any market decisions you make.
Website use
You may browse public pages and submit contact requests for legitimate training inquiries. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for republication without permission, or submit false contact details.
Bookings and fees
Listed prices are informational. A seat is confirmed only when we reply in writing with schedule and payment instructions. This website does not process payments or complete checkout.
Intellectual property
Chart packs, worksheets, and session recordings (when offered) remain our property. Participants receive a personal-use license for materials shared during their enrolled session. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.
Conduct in sessions
We may remove a participant from a live session for harassment, disruption, or sharing others’ charts without consent. Fees already earned for sessions delivered remain payable under the refund policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law in Japan, we are not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or decisions made using concepts discussed in training. Our total liability related to a paid session is limited to the fees you paid for that session.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be handled in courts with jurisdiction over Kitakata-shi, Fukushima, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for future use.
